Select Reports > Rates in the Navigation Menu. A separate Rates report window displays. The left pane displays the General output options for the report. The right pane row and column grid is empty.
Set the General output options.
Select your project from the Project dropdown.
Select the rate class from the Rate Class dropdown. The default is the Basic rate class.
Select the basic or a reporting calendar for the project from the Calendar dropdown. This determines the time frames in the report output.
Select the results to include in the report from the Result dropdown. You can select All or select individual results for the project's resources.
Select the number of decimals to show for the result values from the Decimals dropdown.
Click Run Report. The right pane row and column grid displays the report data based on your output options.
Click the Print icon or Quick Print icon in the Ribbon Menu. You can also click the Export icon to save the report to a Microsoft Excel file (.xlsx or .xls).
